Biswanath College invites sealed quotations from reputed firms/suppliers having valid GST registration for the supply of Chemicals and Glassware/Consumables required by different departments of the college.

Interested suppliers may submit their quotations within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates quoted must be inclusive of GST.
2. All terms and conditions are subject to Government rules.
3. Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the quotation reference.
4. Delivery destination:
   Office of the Principal, Biswanath College, Assam (via online mode through PFMS – Public Financial Management System).
5. Payment will be made after supply of required items.
6. The Principal reserves the right to modify or cancel the purchase process without assigning any reason.
7. Quotations must clearly mention the make/brand of the products.
8. Bidders/vendors are strictly prohibited from making direct contact with college authorities regarding the quotation.
9. The quoted price should remain valid for at least one month.
