Biswanath College invites sealed quotations from reputed firms/suppliers having valid GST registration for supplying the following stationery items required in various departments of the college.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotation to the undersigned within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, following the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Terms and Conditions

1. The rate should be quoted including GST.
2. All terms and conditions will be governed by the general rules of Government purchase procedures.
3. The quoted price must include delivery/freight charges (if any) for destination F.O.R. Biswanath College, Biswanath Chariali, Assam.
4. Payment will be made through PFMS (Public Financial Management System) via online mode only after proper supply of the required items.
5. Advance payment will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. The Principal reserves the right to modify or cancel the purchase process without assigning any reason.
7. The quoted price must remain valid for at least one month.
