The Office of the Director of Higher Education, Assam has officially announced the commencement of the admission registration process for Four-Year Undergraduate Programmes for the academic session 2026–27.

- Registration Start: 11th April, 2026
- Time: From 4:00 PM onwards

📝 Admission Process
The admission process will be conducted in two steps:
Step 1: Student Registration
- Create an account on the portal
- Complete personal profile
- Use your own mobile number & email ID
- Registration is completely FREE
Step 2: Programme & Institution Selection
- Select preferred colleges and courses
- This step begins after Class XII results declaration
- Step 1 remains open during Step 2
📌 Important Instructions
- All communication will be sent to your registered mobile/email only
- Students are encouraged to link their APAAR ID
- Keep all required documents ready for upload
- Follow portal guidelines carefully before submission
⚠️ For Institutions
- No separate admission portals are allowed
- Upload prospectus on the central admission portal
- Any changes in programmes/seats must be completed before 5th May, 2026
