This is for the information of all concerned students that Certificate (Award Letter) of the Dr. Banikanta Kakati Award under Pragyan Bharati Scheme will be issued on the basis of verification of the following documents.
Documents to be produced at the time of issue of the Award Letter:
- H.S.L.C. Final Examination Marksheet and Certificate (Original & Xerox)
- H.S. Final Examination Marksheet and Certificate (Original & Xerox)
- H.S. Final Examination Admit Card and Registration Certificate (Original & Xerox)
- Identity Card of the Candidate (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card)
- Domicile Certificate / PRC of the student
- Undertaking stating that the student has not availed Nijut Moina Asoni (only for girl students)
- Authorization Letter, if the student is unable to be present personally
- Identity Card of Parent/Authorized Person, if the student is unable to be present
