All selected candidates are required to complete their admission through physical verification of original documents.

- HSLC Admit Card & Registration Certificate
- HSLC Marksheet & Pass Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card, APAAR ID & PEN number
- Income Certificate / Ration Card / BPL Card (for fee waiver)
- DARPAN Portal Application Form (printout)
- Bank Passbook (front page)
- Gap Certificate (if applicable)

- Candidates must report on the scheduled admission date with all required documents
- Incomplete verification will result in rejection of admission
- Seats are allotted strictly based on merit and category guidelines
